Welcome

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

Please note all staff are currently working remotely.
We can offer telephone and digital support and are contacting our families and volunteers to find out what is best for them.
Please bear with us and stay safe in these difficult times.
Feel free to get in touch and we will get back to you ASAP.

We regret that due to the current Coronavirus outbreak, Home-Start Edinburgh West and South West have made the decision to cease all home-visiting by volunteers, staff and students and to close of all our groups. This has been a difficult decision to make, however the health and well-being of our families, volunteers, staff and students are
extremely important to all of us and importantly our Trustees.

We ask that volunteers continue to support their families through telephone calls; text messages; WhatsApp texts/videos and also Skype (all in agreement with their families) but not to carry out home visiting.

Staff will also continue to support families and volunteers in the same way as above but
as of today, 18 March, all  staff will be working from home.

We hope you can understand the reasons behind our decision and we will keep you updated of any changes.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need to have a chat or for further information. We can access messages to our office telephone number and all staff have mobiles for work use.
Many thanks for your understanding and co-operation during this uncertain period.
